Our Ministry Trainee scheme – a year of training, service and personal development within an active and growing church community.
The MTS is centred around a year of theological study on the Sussex Ministry Training Course, equipping you with skills for bible handling, teaching and practical ministry skills.
All Saints is a great place to put this training into practise, having the benefits of being both a large active church and a traditional parish church, giving you a huge breadth of opportunities for ministry training. Whether you’re keen to explore ordination, youth & children’s ministry or music ministry there’s lots to be involved with. You’ll also find further opportunities to explore administration, pastoral care, ministry to seniors, use of technical and production skills – wherever you’d like to learn, grow and serve, we can provide you with the opportunities and the time to be mentored.
We’re set just 30 minutes from Brighton and 60 minutes to central London and set on the edge of the Sussex countryside, making Lindfield a fantastic place to live and work.
