If you have recently been bereaved, please accept our sincere condolences. All Saints Church would like to support you as much as we can at a time of such sadness and loss.
Funeral Services
You may be finding it difficult to think of all the things that need to be done when a close relative has died. As regards the funeral, there are a number of things to be considered including church or crematorium.
The usual starting place for advice would be the funeral director. The local Lindfield directors, Masters and Son (01444 482107), arrange most of the funerals that are conducted by All Saints and all the details will be organised between them and the church with care and sensitivity.
The minister conducting the funeral will meet with you and listen. They will guide you to know the arrangement of the service and how to make the best choices.
Bereavement Support
- If you need further support through the bereavement process, we can arrange a follow up visit from our pastoral team.
- Each year, just after Easter we have a special Service of Thanksgiving and Commemoration, to remember together loved ones we have lost.
- Periodically we run 'The Bereavement Journey' course, with a small group to help process the experience of grief together.
