The All Saints Group for Children Aged 0 to 11
Sunday 9:30am - Tiger The Good News Club is the collective name for the various children's (0-11) groups at All Saints. The Good News Club meets in the Tiger during the 9:30am Service. Creche - 0 to rising 2, Scramblers - rising 2 to 3, Springers - 4, Climbers - 5 to 7, Explorers - 8 to 11 The children aged 2 and over spend the first 15 minutes in the Service before leaving for their groups in the Tiger. Scramblers (age 3)
Scramblers have lots of fun! They meet in the Schoolroom to hear Bible stories, sing songs, pray together, and do craft activities. The Scramblers team is led by Penny Hollebon |
Springers (reception age)
Meet at 2 Church Close and have fun listening to stories from the Bible, playing games, singing songs, and doing lots of craft activities as they learn about Jesus. The Springers team is led by Mandy Fisk |
Climbers (school years 1 and 2)
meet in the Tiger Lounge to find out more about Jesus through Bible stories, games, puppet shows, prayers, songs and making things to take home. The Climbers team leader is Ruth Ford. |
Explorers (school years 3, 4, 5 and 6)
meet together in the Tiger Hall for worship and teaching before dividing into year groups to find out more about Jesus for themselves, through all sorts of Bible-based activities. Peter Ford is the team leader of Explorers |
Sparklers
(all ages)
A fun new Good news group for all children at the 11:15 service Games, songs, craft, learning about God and having lots of fun. Sparklers are led by Oli Taylor & Emma Hastings (Ministry trainees) |
