Because space is limited in the Cathedral, and because the new bishop wants to meet the people of his diocese, a series of Services of Welcome has been arranged in different parts of Sussex. On 28 November, there will be such a service at St Mary’s in Horsham and I hope many from All Saints will take that opportunity to welcome Bishop Martin amongst us. We have booked 30 tickets for that service and you can book a place through the Tiger Office on a first come, first served basis.
I hope that All Saints will be well represented at that service. You will know that the Diocese of Chichester has been going through a difficult time recently but there are now high expectations that Bishop Martin will bring a renewed sense of vision, energy and leadership.
Please pray for him as he takes up the reins and support him by your presence on 28 November.
