Emma Nibloe, a regular at All Saints will be joined by Davey Crook, from Essex and Catherine Goodsell from Southsea on our Ministry Trainee scheme.
The Ministry Trainee scheme gives young people the opportunity of basic training in gospel ministry. Their time is split three ways between study (through membership of the SGP Ministry Training Course, one day a week in Haywards Heath), service (in a variety of ministry opportunities, particularly focused on youth and children) and assistance in office and vergering roles. At All Saints we want to help develop the next generation of Christian leaders, we seek to train and equip our trainees in the multitude of different areas in which they need to grow if they are to be good servants of Jesus Christ.
All Saints’ is committed to the Ministry Trainee programme because of the huge long term benefits to the wider church of training godly servant-leaders. We’ve had a number of Ministry Trainees in the past who are now serving in Churches or are currently training for ordination. We also benefit enormously from the Ministry Trainees during their time with us as a result of the important contribution they make to the life and mission of the church.
Please welcome Emma, Catherine and Davey and give them your wholehearted support and encouragement.
