We are starting on the production of a new All Saints Directory.
We want anyone who regards themselves as a member of the All Saints’ family to make sure their details are included. 
Everyone will need to complete a 'membership data form'  this can be downloaded on the right or by collecting one from Church or the Tiger Office.


The form needs to be completed and returned by 8 January.  

If you know of anyone unable to attend to access this form who would wish to be included, please could you make sure they also receive a copy.

Download and print this file, then complete in Black Ink Capitals and return to Church or the Tiger Office by 8th January.
