We are both very tired. Hans-Ueli`s long-standing sleep problems, on top of tiredness from over 20 years` busy ministry, have led to burn-out and he has had to take some time off to recover.

Give thanks: that Hans-Ueli is sleeping a bit better with some herbal medicine; also we have a very helpful mentor couple, plus OMF and our Japanese church who are so supportive.

Praise God: we`re not depressed! Pray: - for the church to be upheld and even to mature, as some have to take on certain new responsibilities;

          - for substitute preachers over the next two months.

          - for discernment of God`s will in various decisions, and to learn all He wants to teach us  through this time.
